•full payment must be sent before i start the commission•i don't do refunds unless i issue them•i may decline a commission for any reason! though i'm usually very open to creating anything•i reserve the rights to my artwork; usually i will post the commissioned art or add it to a portfolio, however if you don't want me to do that, please let me know!•my maximum turnaround time will be two months! feel free to ask for updates, but please be patient with me ^^•i tend to slightly alter colours to fit the overall composition of the art, if you don't want that let me know!•please provide a clear reference to your character!•my art can be sent to you as a digital image (png) via toyhou.se or e-mail, whichever you prefer :)•feel free to type out as much detail as you want for ur commission as possible (like pose, expression, etc)! or if you want artistic freedom that's fine too!•do not remove my watermark or ask for it to be removed; do not feed my artwork into generative AI•i usually send one lined wip to check in for progress before completion, i allow major changes in the lineart phase free of charge, however after that, i only allow minimal changes.•if you own one of my (rare) designs, feel free to change them to your liking, but keep the original image somewhere visible in the profile
